Located next to MRT Station Blok M BCA in South Jakarta, Indonesia, Pusat Transit Mahakam was part of a feasibility study for PT. Integrasi Transit Jakarta. The project aimed to implement Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) principles, creating a mixed-use building to serve the growing number of MRT passengers and the densely populated areas along the Jakarta Metro North-South Line.

The design proposed a four-story, 4,000-square-meter facility with commercial spaces for sustainable rental income. It also functions as a transit hub, featuring bike-sharing, an electric motorcycle charging station, and a motorcycle taxi service area.
